Shopping sabbatical three

I'm spending the weekend in the Windy City and so far I haven't bought anything! It's shocking really. Today I went shopping in this cute neighborhood  that had boutiques and vintage shops but nothing stood out to me. I think it's because I'm with a large group of people. I can never shop with a group. I really only like to shop with my mom.

I didn't buy anything this entire week, now that I think about it. I'm just not in the mood to spend money.
I still have tonight and tomorrow left in Chicsgo though, so there's still time to shop.

  1. I am the same exact way about shopping in groups. I love shopping with my mom so much more. I think it's because she gives me an honest opinion and always talks me out of things I don't need (which sometimes can get on my nerves). Good job not spending any money in Chicago! Spring is coming anyways and there will be plenty of new clothing items we can spend money on!

  2. I feel the same way about shopping in groups. I always prefer shopping with my mom too. When I'm shopping in groups I'm always too focused on finding stuff for my friends. It's also difficult because none of my friends really shop in many of the same stores that I do, so I always find myself not getting anything.

  3. I always feel rushed when shopping in a group, and that has lead me to make purchases that I ended up regretting. I like to shop with my best friend Christine because she too can spend hours upon hours looking through clothing racks with me.

  4. I have mixed feelings about shopping in groups. I do sometime feel rushed to buy something, but I like getting my friends opinion about certain clothes. I always like shopping with my mom too. Especially because she has a special discount at one of my favorite stores. I cannot believe you didn't get anything in Chicago. I always feel like I have to purchase something in Chicago, so the fact that you didn't blows my mind. Good for you! I think come March you are going to have an easy time not shopping.
